Given Nevada’s high susceptibility to earthquakes, accurate Tectonic Modeling and timely Seismic Monitoring are crucial for Public Safety, Infrastructure Resilience, Resource Management etc. To gain insights into how Nevada is trying to stay atop earthquake preparedness, this story features interviews of two UNR scientists, Prof. Corné Kremmer and Dr. William Savran, members of the Nevada Seismological Lab.
